My mattress is way smaller than King size and a tad bigger than Queen. So if I buy King size sheets, they bunch up and look shabby and when I wake up in the morning, the Queen sheets would be coming off from some corner or the other! Sigh! And then I discovered Olympic Queen size on Blue Nile Mills! I had no knowledge of something like this prior to this.. Egyptian Cotton is not cheap, though this one is not too bad compared to other vendors. My daughter chose this color, she is 12 and I guess plum/ purple is trendy hot for this age group! I kept my fingers crossed until it arrived. I didn’t want to go through the ordeal of returning or most importantly being disappointed at the size yet again.. And woohoo!! Is that a perfect fit or not!! Absolutely it is!! And I totally fell in love with the vibrant rich plum color! Absolutely a must buy!!! They feel okay when you get them but become very rough after a wash. After second wash they feel even worse.
