Might as well eat something more nutritious than most of the garbage out there that damages your gut and overall health ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ 4.0 out of 5 stars Deceptive advertising but nice flavor *by L***3 on Reviewed in the United States on March 10, 2021* I got sucked in by the big banner on the bag that says "Made with Tigernut flour" and didn't review the nutritional info. While Tigernut flour is keto-friendly, it's not the first ingredient on the list; cassava flour is the main ingredient and it has twice the carbs and fat of a sweet potato, and all the beneficial fiber seems to have been machined out, since each serving of chips only has 2g fiber. Basically this is not a keto-friendly bag of Tigernut chips, it's a bag of gluten-free cassava carbs.And while we're at it, the label "Light" next to the chip flavor is also not true. There's nothing light about 7g of fat, 20g carbs and only 2g fiber PER SERVING.
