## Questions & Answers

**Q: Can the knee cap plastic protectors be removed?**
A: The plastic knee protector can be removed but the pad will still remain there due to it being part of the lower inner padding.

**Q: Should I get these?**
A: Excelente

**Q: Can they be used for skiing?**
A: I'm sure they can be used for skiing. I haven't ever skied with knee braces. They are lightweight and bend well so I'm sure you won't have any problems.

**Q: Can you walk or run with it comfortably?**
A: I can walk comfortably but feel somewhat constrained while running. The only drawback is that the brace causes some friction above the knee wich becomes unconfortable after couple of hours.
