I too have an arthritic knee. I didn't believe her really and was afraid I was going to waste time and money on this. I also didn't want another cortisone shot whixh sent my blood sugar through the roof so I decided to give it a try.All I can say is Wow!!! It actually works! I put some on my knee and the pain was gone in a few MINUTES! I thought no this isn't real. I was actually walking around waiting for the pain to come back! I was pain free for a few weeks. I applied more and again the pain is gone. Needless to say I am so grateful for this oil. I have told friends and family about my experience. I have purchased more so I can share my amazing experience with them. I haven't taken it internally. I will get the capsules.
