I'm just securing a power strip from being borrowed at the office. The key quantity is 2, I needed 2, so that was handy. Is small and shiny. Works like a lock. It's compatable with things that could use locking. It doesn't look durable at all, but since I'm not opening it contantly, fits my needs.

**Q: The images shows only 1 key. Can someone confirm that it comes with two?**
A: It has 2 keys.

**Q: Is this a magic trick or a legit padlock?**
A: Legit, but all you have to do is file off all the raised areas except for the ones at the tip of the key and it becomes a master key for all of these locks.  I went to a real library with actual books to learn this in the 1970's.

**Q: I can't open the lock with the key? Is there a specific way to open the lock?**
A: I’ve also had problems opening this lock; should be smooth and effortless.  Not ; I requested a return

**Q: if i bought 20 of these to resell for use in the same dressing room would they have different key cuts ?**
A: Yes
