I was really surprised at how large these are and how much good traction and cushioning they have so your sneakers dig right in. They no longer fly off my feet and I am totally psyched to do some of the exercises that are on the SKLZ video you can watch online. If you need larger sliders these are by far the very best ones to get and super cheap too

**Q: Can they be used on either hardwood or marble floors with out causing any damage?**
A: I have them and would not use them on any surface that you respect.  If there are tiny bits of dirt or any scratches on the Slidez, then those grooves / dirt will have your full weight on them, and rub along the smooth surface in question.  I have seen walls ruined and my kids' slide was ruined by assuming their "frictionless" nature would cause not damage.

**Q: What is the difference between standard / court / exercise sliders options seen on this page? is it purely cosmetic? the exercise sliders are -$10.**
A: Most of these questions (and answers) don't realize that there are TWO DIFFERENT MODELS: one for carpet (the standard with yellow slick plastic) and another for slick flooring (the court with black foam bottom and gray foam top for grip on shoes). Get the right model for your floor. I use the yellow standard on carpet and they work great!

**Q: Can these be used on carpet?**
A: Yes! These are best used on carpet (carpet that is well tacked down- I found that some carpet puckers under my feet as I pull them forward).

**Q: Which style should i purchase for tile flooring?**
A: Not the yellow one

These gliders are amazing! I have purchased other types that really don't allow me to slide well on wood, but these are fantastic! ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Just what I wanted

I got these for use doing Wheelbarrow Sliding pushups. That's what I call them. I saw Sol Ruca doing them on Sheamus' workout channel. These sliders work very well on my tile floor. I was concerned the grooves between tiles would be an issue but that was not the case. They are soft foam on the grey side and thick felt on the other side. I would buy again.
