The blue is a great color. It is easy to wipe clean with just a tissue. I have left writing on the board for weeks and it still came off with one swipe. I used the marker it came with and black Expo brand only. Super easy to install. Excellent find. I highly recommend. Review: Blue Board - this is really great - it looks so much better than a boring white board, it doesn't show stains like I have seen on some where the marker has been left for too long. It was super easy to install (i used 4 16 pound command strips - probably a bit much, but, I didn't want to take a chance). it's a great size and super happy with the purchase. ## Features - EXCELLENT WRITING & DRY ERASE PERFORMANCE (EXACT SIZE 35.8” x 24”): Suitable for Almost Branded Dry Erase Markers for Office and Home and University and Dormitory, Smooth Scratch-Resistant Premium Surfaces, ULTRA-CLEAN Wipe-Off, 5-Years Guarantee Under Normal usage.
