Product Description NOTE This unit is NOT an air conditioner and does not have a compressor or condenser inside. Evaporative coolers are designed for spot cooling and will not lower a room's ambient temperature. It’s just an ideal update of an ordinary table fan with it’s water-cooling system. Add crumbled ice or ice water into the tank and set the unit near you for optimal results. Humidifier and Air Purifier When air goes through the wet filtering curtain, dust particles will be adsorbed and the moist air can be spread with the wind. Fast Cooling Down It can quickly cool down the hot air around you with its “Water Cooling System” (Effective working distance: 3-5 ft or 1-1.5 m). LED Night Light The light can illuminate the water tank at night to make you aware of the water level eaisly. And actually, it can be delicate night light itself. Specification Power Supply There is NOT any built-in battery in this air cooler. So the external power supply of 5V/2A is always needed. Only one USB cable is included in the package. External power supplies need to be bought separately if needed. Horizontal Placement Please do not lean the unit or place it on uneven surfaces. When moving it with the tank filled, please keep it horizontal to prevent the water leaking out from the drain holes. For long distance transfer, it’s recommended to empty both the tank and the device first. Use of Filters It is recommended that the filter should be gently washed by running water and dried every week, and replaced every 3 months. ( The filter unit can be purchased separately ) Depends on the environmental air quality. Please change the filter once it’s getting moldy or odorous. Review: Does the job - Perfect for personal use. It's a small individual unit, so it's not going to cool your whole room down, but if you fill it with a bit of water (on super hot nights we use crushed ice or ice cold water) and point it at your face it really cools you down. It's quiet and small, so doesn't take much storage for the rest of the year, which is perfect for me. A big unit would be nice for 10 days a year and a pain to store the rest of the time. Some of the reviews put me off at first, but I think that's high expectations or not sticking with it. It feels a little underwhelming at first - it's a drizzle not a torrent - but after a few minutes I'd stopped sweating and eventually I even felt a bit cold. I thought the weather had cooled, but when I switched it off I was immediately sweating and too hot to sleep again. The timer function is really good. I set it to go off an hour or two after I'm asleep. The only slight pain is that it has an 'on' light. We put a sticker over it so it wouldn't glow at night. For the size, the money, and the ease of use it's great.
Review: Almost great, just one small problem. *Edit* No longer any good. - *Edit after two months* - Unfortunately, due to the poor design of the micro USB port from which the fan gets its power, the fan now has an intermittent problem with shutting off if the cable is ever so slightly moved. I am always careful of not bending cables when plugged in, it’s down to the poor design, as there is about 2mm of plastic between the surface of the product and the port, so it’s physically impossible to get the cable to sit fully in - physics will not allow. I have now changed my star rating to 1 - as this is a very expensive product and I had purchased expensive spare filters for a product that now does not work. Original review is below, but I’d avoid the product at all costs. I was dubious about getting this after reviews stated that mould grows on the filter, but thought I’d give it a shot. I’m glad I did. On a hot day, it feels nearly as good as air con with iced water being used. I also use filtered water - perhaps this prevents mould growth, as after several weeks I have not seen any on the filter yet. My one main criticism is the size of the inlet/outlet on the water tank. With it being so small it takes ages to put individual pieces of crushed ice in. If they could have made that larger the I would have given five stars. The fan is by no means quiet, but it is powerful, which is good. If you’re a deep sleeper like me, then you’ll have no problem with this on the low setting at night. Ive also had no leaks at all, and I don’t see how it could leak unless user error - if the water tank had water in it, then you mustn’t tip the unit, as this will cause water to come out of the bottom of the unit where it fills up. The unit is also powered by usb, so it’s a very cheap upfront cost and running cost when compared to an air con unit, however do not expect this to cool down a room - it won’t - it’s for personal space only - so for home workers at a desk, for example, this is great. Overall, I’d recommend this to someone who has filtered water and access to crushed ice. If you don’t have crushed ice, then I think I’d find a different product that has a wide opening on the water tank, as I think ice is a necessity when it comes to actually cooling the air.

Perfect for personal use. It's a small individual unit, so it's not going to cool your whole room down, but if you fill it with a bit of water (on super hot nights we use crushed ice or ice cold water) and point it at your face it really cools you down. It's quiet and small, so doesn't take much storage for the rest of the year, which is perfect for me. A big unit would be nice for 10 days a year and a pain to store the rest of the time. Some of the reviews put me off at first, but I think that's high expectations or not sticking with it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ Better than nothing?

Was surprised at the noise level for such a small unit. The unit does put out cool air, but only at fairly close range. Even cooler if you chill the water first! Ok for a desk top or a few feet from your face. It will struggle to cool anything but a home office!
