I have tried several varieties of it, but Spaghetti is the one we seem to run out of first! I love that it is available on Subscribe & Save, so I can get it as often as I need it for a great price!The wonderful thing about Dreamfields is that they have some sort of magical coating.... well, ok, it really isn't magic, it is science! Anyway - as someone who is on a healthy eating plan that balances carbs and fats (that is, more carbs at one meal with less fat, then 3 or so hours later, perhaps a meal with more fats and fewer carbs....), I am using Dreamfields to help me maintain my weight loss, and in fact have eaten it regularly while losing over 50 pounds.Dreamfields is fixed just like "regular" pastas, but with the caveat of not over-cooking it. It is also recommended not to reheat it, although I have many times and have suffered no weight gain due to that practice, however, I must emphasize that it is just one part of my healthy eating plan choices. In case you wonder - yes, it tastes just like regular spaghetti. Same smell, same mouth feel, same flavor (depending on what you put on it and with it). My grandkids - even the picky one - love it, and never know it isn't "real" spaghetti.PROS:Tastes like the real deal because it really IS the real dealDelicious with any of the sauces my family lovesCooks up just like regular pastaComes in a variety of types of pastaMy family - even the grandkids - love it!CONS:Not a single oneCONCLUSION:While I am not a food scientist and cannot testify as to the science of why it is better for me than regular pasta, I can tell you I believe it is. It doesn't spike my glycemic level as some foods do. There are no embarrassing bodily function effects from eating it, and it is just plain good pasta! I have tried a variety of sauces and recipes with this pasta and haven't found one of my "regular" pasta recipes that doesn't work.
