            Earthspired South Indian Spice Flour is a multigrain flour mix which constitutes of 45% millets. This lightly spiced flour contains the mesmerizing flavor of coconut, curry leaves and mustard seeds, which is perfect for making delicious south Indian Uttapams. It is rich in dietary fiber and phytonutrients, and can be used to prepare healthy snacking options. It contains high satiety value, due to which the portion size needs to be limited.

             Whole Wheat flour - 50%; Millets (Sorghum, Finger and Foxtail) - 40%; Pulse flour - 6 %; Coconut powder; Spices and Herbs (Mustard seeds, Curry leaves, Salt)

             Use this flavored nutritious blend to make exciting breakfast uttapams/chappatis. For chappatis make soft dough with water, let it rest for 15-10 minutes before rolling out into rotis/paranthas. For Uttapams make a smooth batter with water. Let it stand for 10-15 min and then pour on hot tawa to make delicious uttapams. Garnish with chopped onion, tomatoes, and chillies for exotic taste. Uttapams can be best served with coconut chutney.

Alternate use: This flour mix can also be used for making dosas and idlis.
