There is no on-board storage for images or videos. **Q: to Seller: Do you have a troubleshooting guide, the software is not detecting the card, environment diagnostics shows no issues?** A: I had the same issue. These cards require 1GB net connection and both your router/switch and the computer must also be 1GB LAN connection.
