Review: Easy to take - I do think it's helping, before receiving this I was taking a different kind, and then when I switched I noticed a quick improvement on my joints, I noticed that a scratch I had gotten from my cat seemed to heal fast as well I haven't noticed anything with my hair or nails yet. I did kind of an overhaul on my supplements recently so I also am not sure if anything is directly attributed to this or not. **Q: How can you claim your product is good for vegans/vegetarians when most of the ingredients are sourced from animals? It's false advertising**
A: It says, the size 00 CAPSULES are vegan/vegetarian friendly and soft easy-to-swallow. It gives ingredients THEN it says inside a vegetarian friendly capsule. Not that the formula is totally vegetarian. Bovine is not, but it doesn't claim that is vegetarian. It claims the CAPSULE itself is.

**Q: I've read many reviews about the nasty smell of collagen supplements. Does this supplement have a bad smell?**
A: Our Nutrivein multi collagen pills do not have a bad smell or taste

**Q: Does it contain shellfish?  I am allergic to shrimp, lobster and crabmeat**
A: List of ingredients: hydrolyzed bovine collagen peptides, eggshell membrane collagen, organic ashwagandah (withania somnifer;root and leaf), hydrolyzed fish collagen peptides, chicken bone broth collagen concentrate, organic arnia berry extract.  Other ingredients: vegetable cellulose capsule.  Bottle also says:  DOES Not Contain: milk, tree nuts, wheat, peanuts, soy. Made on equipment that also processes milk, fish, tree nuts and soy.

A: I contacted the company and asked about the bovine and fish collagen peptides and the vegan statement...the woman on the phone said that she did not know the answer and would pass the request on to her manager.
