A while back I ordered this brand of nose vents in the medium size since large size was not available at that time. The mediums did open my nose so I thought I would try the extra large size to see if they were better. The extra large size are big and really spread my nostrils open actually too much but they work. Days later I saw where the large size is now available so I ordered them, same brand and package. The first ones I ordered, medium and extra large, are all soft plastic. These so called LARGE size I received are SMALLER than the medium size and are HARD plastic. The hard plastic is kind of painful where as the soft plastic feels good.
