Been up not even a year yet and already it’s not turning colour only white and also starting to short out

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ No red, no white, but problem resolved by Greensun.

Plugged in on floor as instructed and they appeared to function ok. I should have checked more thoroughly as after installation in our conservatory roof I discovered that the white light is blue and there is no red at all. A shame as we’d had an old set of these lights that had worked perfectly for years. After contacting Greensun they have been outstanding in their responses and help and a replacement set is on its way to me. Fantastic level of customer service and customer care
