**Q: My copilot trailer is missing the hitch part,so does this spare silver hitch be enough to attach it to the bike? Would I need the original hitch yet?**
A: If your referring to the part that attaches to the bike, this part will replace the original hitch. If your missing both the hitch and the receiver you will need both pieces. Hope this helps!

**Q: Will this hitch fit securely to a 1-inch diameter seat post?**
A: Yes.  You just need to remove the bolts and then wrap it around seat post and then re-attach bolts.
