Review: The good quality is back - Update Jan 2026: I decided to purchase again. But this time before pouring it into my bottle I shaked it well. And now I can see that it was actually unfiltered. If you keep it untouched for a week the sediment will settle and the oil will be much clearer. However, I like it unfiltered with those particles flowing inside, that makes it taste much better. But I need to mention that the can says it's 2024-2025 harvest. So it's not the fresh one yet. Update2 Sep 2025: After a couple of days oil in my bottle cleared. I'm not sure what it means. Oil from the previous purchase was never like this - it would become clear within several hours. However, the taste is good like it was a year ago. Therefore, I keep 5 stars. Update Sep 2025: After the last negative review I decided to give this oil a chance and buy it again. I got it a few days ago. I'm happy to inform everyone that the oil quality is back. It came unfiltered as it was supposed to be. I immediately felt the taste which is great. I'm glad that the company fixed the issue with their oil and returned to make real unfiltered one. The new picture is attached. Update Apr 2025: I ordered this oil again in Mar 2025. It came very different. The oil is filtered now and it tastes like regular refined olive oil. I include the picture where you can see the difference from a year ago and now. It was greenish and thick. The taste was rich and vibrant. I could literally taste olives in it. Now it's just a regular yellowish olive oil that is completely clear. I'm very disappointed. Original review Apr 2024: This is the best olive oil. It's unfiltered therefore its more flavourful. Since it's unfiltered it's cloudy and this is perfectly natural. I used to buy this oil in a bottle with "organic" label. But it became way too expensive. This one isn't "organic" but it's seems exactly the same. The price is the right one.

**Q: Is this packaged in a glass bottle?**
A: Yes it is glass. A very good olive oil!

**Q: do any sellers have 2018 harvest yet?**
A: ok

**Q: is this also grown organic and chemical free?**
A: The organic version is offered. The quality is excellent--just like the non-organic. Inorganic chemicals are not used in organically grown produce.

**Q: Age and shelf life**
A: Pressed in October, but most vendors in U.S. still sell last year's stock (pressed Oct 12) until out.  So far, all are still selling the old pressing:  I've sent inquiries to several.  Technically, it still has another year on its shelf life, but at this point it's just typical edible but not perfectly fresh olive oil.  After April or May, when you can buy the Oct 13 pressing, it will be magnificent.
