Even though water runs rapidly down the trough, I've had no leaking now for 2 years. I also used it to seal a leak on my ATV tir rim. The rim had a slight curve and wouldn't hold air. I sealed the sot that was leaking and it worked perfectly. **Q: I have a leak in my car trunk, can this be used?** A: It really depends on why there is a leak, but probably not. If it's the weather stripping around the trunk (that rubber tubing stuff), I doubt that this stuff will replace or repair that. That's the most likely reason you have a leak.
