A: It was not an option when I purchased.

A: Yes- the ticking clock is very loud. Too loud for bedroom or office.  I have placed it in my walk in master closet.

**Q: How can I get this clock to turn on? I put the required battery in but it does not appear to be working. Love the design but also want functionality.**
