I'm a big dude, about 300 lbs. They make my boots comfortable. The insoles lasted for about 6-8 months in my daily wear work shoes before i could tell they were not as supportive any more (my foot, ankle, knee, and back pain started to come back). The pains cleared up in a couple days.Easy to trim. I had a prior insole to copy and they fit perfect.
