Extremely easy to understand instructions and the quality & size are better than anticipated. I was able to assemble it myself, with one exception; The door latch required a bit more force than I could muster to get it snapped in place. I was later assisted in completing that task. Although sheltered, it will be exposed to subzero temperatures in months to come. If there are unforeseen quality issues as a result, I will update this review. With a neutral color, the cabinet looks great. The structure appears and feels incredibly sturdy and strong and as the interior photo shows, there is much more room for increased storage. Lastly - "American Made" - you can’t beat that!!
Review: High quality and easy to assemble - I've had Suncast products in the past, and communication with their customer service on those products, so when I needed something for my deck to store grilling stuff, I looked for their name. I wasn't sure, based on the images, but now that I actually have the product I'm very happy with it. The material is a very rugged vacu-formed plastic like kids play equipment rather than thin sheets of plastic. It's very sturdy without being ridiculously heavy and provides a lot of storage space without taking up a lot of room on the deck. As far as assembly goes, including me moving it by myself from the driveway to the deck, getting the box open, grabbing a drill, and cleaning up, was about 20 minutes. The directions are clear and easy to follow text with images, the parts are all clearly labeled with large lettering, and most of it snaps together. There are about a dozen screws to assemble support brackets on the front of the top and the two shelves that I could have done with a screwdriver, but I preferred to use the drill. No issues with opening/closing the doors or using the latch. The doors stay closed perfectly fine even without the latch. There is a space to put a lock on the doors, but it wouldn't be secure.

**Q: Is this water proof ?**
A: The top is solid plastic so it keeps out rain from above, but it does have a lip so it can end up with quite a bit of water on top.  Also the doors work fairly well, but in heavy or driving rains, water can get in.  I wouldn't use it to protect something that really has to stay dry.

**Q: what are the inside dimensions?**
A: Exterior Dimensions: 30 in. W x 20-1/4 in. D x 36 in. HInterior Dimensions: 27-1/4 in. W x 17-1/4 in. D x 33 in. HDoor Opening: 27 in. W x 33 in. H

**Q: I need to store a large object in the cabinet, so I don't want the shelves inside. Are the shelves needs for strength?**
A: No they are not needed for strength or assembly. (I didn't install the shelves in mine either.)

**Q: Will the shelves snap in place if the unit is upside down. I want the units up on my shelves with the handle on the bottom.**
A: No, you can not turn the cabinet upside down, but it appears that you can flip the doors around with the handles at the bottom. The latch slots look like it will work with the doors either way.
