It holds my debit card, credit card, insurance card and ID along with a $20 bill and still closes without issues (at first it wouldn't close so I only had 3 cards, but over time the leather softens and I was able to put a 4th card in and still have it snap closed). I find I almost never carry a purse any more because everything I need on a regular basis is right there in my phone case. It fits snugly and the back stays closed.
