The bracket isn't quite the same size as the drives, so to mount the screws, you have to hold the drive in place while screwing in the screws. This can get awkward, and can take about 5-10 minutes on a drive depending on your skill. Also one I found a slight defect on one. The tab that kept the clear optical pipes (for the lights) was broken on one, so it slid around. I just had to pop it back in place, and it was completely fine with the drive in place.Other thoughts: It works, isn't the very best, but for the price I would buy it again. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Working cheap HP drive tray *by K***N on Reviewed in the United States on June 26, 2014* These work well in my ML110 G7, and were much cheaper than buying drives with trays directly from HP. I ended up pulling my drives out several times while troubleshooting a software problem, and had no issues. Once a drive is mounted in the tray, it's perfectly solid feeling. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Good buy for a compatible HP Hard Drive Tray *by M***. on Reviewed in the United States on April 2, 2012* This tray is compatible with the HP DL120 G7 rackmount server, and worked to change a 571517-001 replacement drive into a 571516-001. For the DL120 G7, when installing the hard drive in the tray caddy, the metal tray isn't needed (when the included screws are fastened to the hard drive through the metal tray, the metal tray is too low to allow the drive to be inserted in the server). The light guides for the hard drive activity LEDs are not as bright as the genuine HP trays, but still good enough.
