**Q: what is the expiration date on this olive oil?**
A: will vary with each can. First can I got was almost expired but next one was several months.

**Q: Please explain how to get it from the canister without spilling it everywhere. I just make a mess when I try to pour it into a smaller container!**
A: Use a funnel to pour the oil in another container. Before you pour the oil make a hole at the top side (same side as the existing tap) but on the opossote edge. The extra hole allows for air to get in and making it a smoother pour.

A: Great question!
