Large Merced Easel Wooden Sketchbox Tabletop Art Easel for Painting and Drawing, Desktop Art Kit, Great for Beginner Art Students

I like the quality of this easel. I just wish the palette had been included as pictured.

I've wanted one of these easels for a while. It's perfect for my small place and it's simple to assemble, is versatile for standing or using on a table, and folds back up to store easily. It does have somewhat of a chemical odor, though not entirely unpleasant, but I do think it's going away. It's probably a sealant for the wood that needs to off-gas or something, and it just reminds me of an art studio. I do need to use pliers on the wing nuts to tighten them enough to prevent slipping, but that's probably more due to arthritic fingers than anything.

It’s a great product to use begginer or professional and I will definitely recommend to anyone who want something good

I’m disappointed that there is no palette inside. Just 2 little wood blocks. It is a nice looking box and looks sturdy. But the owe me a palette.

I'm an old self taught artist I mainly use pen and ink always carry a sketch book with me you never know when inspiration or a need to silently vent will strike.My wife my kids my grands and now my great grand kids have watched me do "my thing" and have always express the desire to do the same but were afraid of the end results wouldn't be art yet at school all the kids produced art as did my wife at those wine and sips.The easels (I brought two) set the stage life provides the rest.

I got this for my wife who teaches painting. I wouldn't say it's the most rugged thing I've seen, but if you're careful with, and my wife is careful, it should last a long time. She likes the flexibility of it.

I received this easel as a gift and think it is easy to set up, great quality and an awesome gift. I really like how it has different compartments to store all my art supplies and is easily moved around. I’ll look forward to being able to carry it with me next time I go out to paint.

Little hard to set up and take down the first few times. Lots of moving pieces.
