## Description

Lead-Free / RoHS 3 Compliant / REACH Compliant Product Highlights Safe for Use With Electronics Seals, Bonds, Encapsulates Resistant to Various Chemicals and Oils Non-Corrosive, Non-Conductive Flexible, Durable, Non-Degrading Withstands Moisture, Vibration, Abrasion Common Uses Protecting, Sealing and Insulating Corrosion Sensitive Electronic Components and Electrical Materials. OEM Commercial and Industrial Manufacturing for Flexible Permanent Bonding and Sealing. Instructions Surfaces should be clean and dry. Unscrew cap, cut the tip off. If tooling is required, do so within the first 10 minutes after dispensing. Apply the silicone to surfaces and remove the excess silicone after tooling with a dry clean cloth. Allow the silicone to cure completely. At room temperature, 25C (77F), and 50% relative humidity, the silicone will skin in 10 minutes and fully cure in 24 hours (1/8" bead). The silicone will reach its maximum adhesion in 7 days. Higher humidity accelerates curing. Specifications Meets and Exceeds: ASTM C920, UL Recognized VOC: VOC Compliant (36 months Transportation This product has no shipping restrictions. Shipping below 0C (32F) or above 25C (77F) for normal transit times by ground or air will not impact this product's stated shelf life.

In building vintage tube amps, I needed something that would hold down caps, lock fiber board insulation in place. I could not find the stuff recommended from the hardware store. This worked really well and I use it constantly now.

I was looking for something to secure torroidal cores/inductors and a transformer to my PCB on a radio project and it was easy to apply. Precise application (a dab on components) and a dab on nuts to secure and prevent loosening. Give it a couple days to fully cure and it IS Tough! This has made my finished board more robust and durable for travel. Highly recommend. Some reviews are out and out inaccurate... this is NOT silicon grease and Not a Traditional Adhesive as in glue.... it is similar to a caulking sealant, only in a small tube for small applications.

Used this to glue down a circuit board to a plastic base and it remained in place perfectly! Only thing I would say is that the recommended 24hr bond time might be a bit off. Once you apply the item, definitely let it sit for the full 7 days before attempting to move it at all. Other than that, 10/10 product.
