It's not the traditional Old Timer shield but a new design. I think it looks pretty nice but definitely different than described. Seems like this version comes pretty close to the original quality of the old made in USA classics. Fit is actually pretty good. The knife has a nice weight and feel, comes pretty sharp and looks well ground. It opens and closes with decent precision and I look forward to carrying it. I really like this pattern and have 2 other Uncle Henry 124UH equivalents that are the old made in USA classics. Compared to these, the Old Timer is just a bit shorter overall even though the blade is the same length. The handle edges are less polished but who knows how the Uncle Henry's were when new. This is a really nice knife for 20 bucks and change.

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Almost perfect pocket knife

This is a very good pocket knife. Great value. It is the right size and weight. Materials are durable, although not fancy. The action on it is a little rough, and the edge could have been more evenly ground. But for the price and intended use of this knife, it is nearly perfect. I recommend it.
