**Q: Is this exactly 4"x3" folded or 3.75"x2.75"?**
A: 3 3/4 by 2 7/8  folded with cards filling all slots.  A really nice holder

**Q: Is this leather or suede? The product states leather, but a recent review said it was suede. Please clear up this confusion. Thanks**
A: It feels like thin, soft leather but it does not have the texture of suede.  The leather is sown onto a material backing.  When folded it measures 4" x 3".  I use it for carrying a copy of my I.D., healthcare insurance card, and my PCP's business card when I walk or go cycling.  I certainly would buy it again.  I hope this helps.
