We are very proud in providing roasted crackers that are both thin and sturdy (our unique combination!) Thank you for asking and have a lovely day! **Q: What does citric acid do? Is it bad for you?** A: Citric acid is a common food preservative and flavoring additive. It is a manufactured product that adds a slight sour taste to foods that it is added to.
