That said, I don't have a fence on the front of my property, and I use this product as an an animal deterrent. I use it in the spots where dog/cats have gone and it keeps them away. Keep in mind that a treatment won't last forever and it is degraded by the weather (rain/snow), so you have to determine when to reapply it. I am not sure this is worth the money because the dogs still find areas to drop their loads or water my lawn. I have come to the conclusion that the best way to deter these dogs is to scoop up the dog droppings and toss them onto their owners porch in the middle of the night.
