She recommended these to help reduce the tightness in the calves and stretching out the arches of the feet. I got two for me and my husband. We both live to exercise and run, and we deal with many of the problems runners get. I leave one in my bathroom in front of my sink so that every time I have to brush my teeth or wash my hands, I stand on it and stretch. I love how much, after just a week, it has helped my feet to relax and they’re able to stretch out more and the backs of my ankles feel less tight. This has been one of my favorite buys yet.
