Looking at the capsule packaging the top left corner appears torn and opened. It doesn't look sliced like with a knife or scissors, more like someone used there finger to poke into it. I'm scratching my head. This doesn't make any sense, I would think the person packaging the order would have noticed this. I'm holding up the bag trying to see if any or how many capsules may be missing but I have no idea what 500 capsules looks like. On the bag the label says packaged by weight but doesn't list a weight. I weighted the bag on my small kitchen scale and it says 66 grams. Is that the correct weight, I don't know. Can't really blame the manufacturer/seller. I went to start a return but it says the item is non-returnable. I'm not sure I'm comfortable using these, plus I don't know if any are missing. They could be all there, or 100 could be missing. I'm not about to start counting them out. The capsules themselves look fine, all put together, separate easily. I would buy these again if there wasn't an issue with the bag being open.
