**Q: Can this be brewed with a tea infuser/strainer?**
A: I pour boiling water over mine, brew for 10 minutes and then pour through a strainer. The French press works fine but I hate cleaning it out.

**Q: Whole beans available?**
A: I don't think so. I believe the cacao stays fresher longer than coffee beans...I believe their website said 3 year shelf life. I love this stuff!

**Q: Will this grind work in a paper pour-over filter or does it need to be a French press?**
A: A French Press works best but you can use a paper filter pour over. However, cacao does filter water slower than coffee and it will take longer and sometimes, some water will still not go through towards the end. Many people use paper filter pour over, just tinker with it a little

**Q: How important is the french press? Is it truly worth the extra work and cleaning? I'm currently using a ninja professional drip coffee maker.**
A: Well, it is very coarse in grind so other methods will be weak in flavor. Perhaps you should get French press bags so cleaning the French press will be much easier, they sell them here on Amazon. Happy brewing!

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Not really hot chocolate,but a decent hot drink option

If you are a huge fan of coffee, this is NOT a replacement. It does not taste like coffee at all. However, I am writing this as someone sensitive to coffee. I love the IDEA of having a morning cup of coffee every day, but I don't tolerate the caffeine. Even decaf bothers me. I can tolerate tea, however. Unfortunately, tea just doesn't give me the same experience. I want something I can doctor up with different flavored syrups and creamers. I want the morning coffee EXPERIENCE without the jitters. Crio Bru gives me that. I've only tried one of the varieties made in a coffee pot with a mesh filter. I prepared it according to package directions and flavored it like I flavored my coffee. I think it tasted like watered-down, less sweet, hot chocolate, but it wasn't unpleasant. I am interested in seeing if using a french press improves it as I'd prefer a slightly richer flavor. Still, I think this will suit my needs as a morning coffee alternative since I'm more interested in the experience than the drink itself.
