These are Universal FIT size lancets, can be used with Any Pen that is Universal FIT 
( do not work with Any onetouch Brand lancet pen) 
We are not aware of any issues with FREE STYLE Pen you can confirm that information with Manufacturer of Pen or Lancet maker

A: I think it will
