Shipping was a little slow, but it is a custom product from over seas so it was pretty fair I think. They provided tracking which was super helpful because I was on vacation when it arrived. The only thing I didn’t like was my nephews name had an apostrophe in it and the customizer let me put it in there. They used two blank bead instead. I think they should have reached out if they couldn’t do it because I would have skipped it all together.
