So easy to put together and it has a small clip to secure the bottom of flag by the pole so it won't whip around as much. I live in Arizona and my soil is rock hard but I went out with a pitcher of water and used the whole thing and after a minute or so it was super easy to get in well into ground so anyone should have zero issues putting in the ground.
