Review: Great lamp but remote control doesn’t work (update - it does now!) - It’s a great light but the remote control simply does not work. I have been in touch twice with the company (via desertcart) but received no reply. That is unfortunate and disappointing as it would overall have been a great product if the remote was working. Can therefore only give it three stars. Saying that, if you are not fussed about having a remote control, I’d still recommend it, despite poor customer service. It’s a cool looking lamp and the light colours are fantastic. Edited on 22nd July 2019. I initially gave this product 3 stars as the remote didn’t work but the seller did eventually get back to me and it’s now working. It’s fabulous. Really like it. Buy it - and get an adaptor. That’s all you need to do.
Review: Colorful lamp remote not working - The lamp is as it looked like on the promotion picture. It was ok to assemble although some of the wire were a bit too long to fit properly in the tubes. The brightness of the light are great the whole living room get the nice light. Only the remote is not working at all. Even if i have change the battery. No instruction what to do and even any guidance who to contact if something is not working . It is very difficult to report this issue. I still could not manage it. But I will give it another try to fix the remote issue.

It’s a great light but the remote control simply does not work. I have been in touch twice with the company (via Amazon) but received no reply. That is unfortunate and disappointing as it would overall have been a great product if the remote was working. Can therefore only give it three stars. Saying that, if you are not fussed about having a remote control, I’d still recommend it, despite poor customer service. It’s a cool looking lamp and the light colours are fantastic. The lamp is as it looked like on the promotion picture. It was ok to assemble although some of the wire were a bit too long to fit properly in the tubes. The brightness of the light are great the whole living room get the nice light. Only the remote is not working at all. Even if i have change the battery. No instruction what to do and even any guidance who to contact if something is not working . It is very difficult to report this issue. I still could not manage it. But I will give it another try to fix the remote issue.

This product does not come UK ready! It comes with a Chinese two pin plug which is a bulky transformer, when a BS standard 3 pin UK adapter is added it makes the plug massive and, in my opinion, unsafe. This product should not be on sale in the UK! I am almost positive, but I am no expert, that any mains electrical product sold for UK use has to have a British Standard quality 3 pin, fused plug unless it is for use in a bathroom when a two pin is standard. I am very dissatisfied with this product, for £60 I expect it to work straight out of the box with minimal assembly. Do not buy this product!
