Lately the pain in my hands has become so bad that I have a hard time gripping anything and forget about opening jars. I hate drugs, won't take them unless absolutely necessary. The science behind why this is supposed to work makes complete sense to me so I thought it was worth a shot. I've only been taking this for a little over a week, so I haven't made up my mind about it yet. Like anything that isn't a "drug", I think it takes time to be fully effective. I haven't noticed a miraculous disappearance of my pain but it does seem to be better (maybe that's all in my head?) It tastes awful, very bitter but a citrus juice masks a lot of that.. warm a bit of an orange type juice and it dissolves instantly and swallow it quick.. it's manageable. I started with 1tsp in the morning and 1 tsp in the evening. I've since increased it to 1 1/2 tsp in the morning, 1 tsp in the afternoon and another in the evening.. the pain in my hands does seem to be better. I fully intend to give this a decent shot..
