The total length of the Premium Ab Straps Armageddon Sports when they hang from the bar is 19 inches. This is the total length from the beginning of the steel hook till the last point of the strap. Many of our customers use the Ab Straps without the hooks to reduce the length. You just insert the straps loops into the door bar.
