A: No.

A: It depends upon the taste or requirement. I like something does not mean you'll like that too. I believe that could be the reason for having varied opinions on this product.

**Q: How to use this?**
A: Place incense away from flammable materials on a fire proof and heat resistance surface/incense burner.
Light the coated end in case of incense stick/agarbathi or the top in case of cone or sambrani, allow flame to catch; gently blow out the flame.
In case of wet dhoop, take the required quantity in hand and knead it well and make it into the shape of a cone before lighting the tip of the cone.

**Q: What is difference between Loban and Sambrani?**
A: Benzoin is commonly referred in India as Sambrani and Loban. So, both Sambrani and Loban are one and the same. Loban is derived from the Arabic word lubān, a generic term for frankincense-type incense, e.g., fragrant tree resin. Sambrani is coined by traditional Indian medicine system called Ayurveda.
