Now, lets get down to bit-ness (not business lol) … This device works, but I had to email Nepes to get a link to download a copy of Knowledge Studio (which comes with the driver), because Knowledge Studio (I will start referring to this as KS for short) is in Beta, I assume that this is the reason that it is not available to download on the company’s website. I wish that there was a version that worked with Ubuntu and Mac OS. If I remember correctly, KS works with Android and Windows. I am still learning how to use this, but Knowledge Studio is refreshing, as it allows you to create AI without coding. The app is also clean, you can create AI very quickly, and the device is pretty fast. Unlike the other AI devices for the edge that I own, you can actually train neural nets on this low powered thing quickly and cheaply – insane! 😊 The owner’s manual is enough to get started with a basic example, but you must figure out how to get the image loaded on your own, because the owner’s manual does not cover this. I wish that there were more examples included, and I also wish that there more videos showing how to use it on Youtube. Also, tutorials would be nice. I realize that all of this is probably coming.
