Works great and looks great. *by S***Z on Reviewed in the United States on September 24, 2019* At first I wasn't sure this was a good purchase. Didn't see the usual usb connector though it wasn't gonna work. Man, was I was wrong! It has a flat blade connector that plugs right in the usb slot. You will need ample access to at least 75% of the back of the tv for installation. If it's on a stationary mount installation could be difficult. I have my 75" on a extendable swivel type mount abouve my fireplace. Pro tip: plug into the usb and power check the lumidoodle. Turn off the tv and begin the installation. I went down from the usb connection to where the lighting would start illuminating, and went clockwise around the TV. my lumidoodle is 2" in from the bottom and top, and 3" in from both sides.when it comes to the corners you will need to route and flip the light stip into a bend not a 90 degree, but close. Lumidoodle light stip ended exactly where I began. So, it FIT PERFECTLY around the TV. The Adheasive is 3M type double sidded tape. It'll stay real good for a long time.Lumidoodle powers on and off with the TV. When TV is tuned off the lumidoodle stays on for about 5 seconds and then shutts off.Remote is great to have but not needed on a regualr basis. I use about 2-3 colors total, out of 15. Green/Red for Football Blue for most everything else and maybe purple once in a while. Dimming is also a great feature.My only complaint is the play mode button on the remote. When pushed it cyles through all colors constantly. I don't think anyone uses that while watching tv. Maybe it's there for DEMO purposes.Friends give me compliments on how cool it makes a big tv look in the room on the wall. Check it out, I highly recommend it. ### ⭐⭐⭐ USB connector doesn't sit correctly, doesn't turn off/on consistently *by R***N on Reviewed in the United States on September 5, 2020* The product is long enough for my 65" set. It's a decent product, but I had a few complaints. It turned on/off automatically with my TV for the first few nights, then it stopped. I had to manually turn it off/on with the remote. Then it would turn off automatically with the TV, but then it would not turn on automatically with the TV the next night. Then it stopped working. I tried a different USB port on my TV thinking the unit was dead, but that worked. But only for a few days, it wouldn't turn off with the remote. I played with the USB connector and at a certain angle it would work. So right now, it sometimes turns on/off automatically with the TV about half of the time and only because I have the USB connector in like 80% with the cord under it to provide an elevated angle so it would get connection from my USB port.On top of the item not turning on/off all the time with the TV, and the connector requiring a forced angle into the port to make a connection, the light itself does not get very bright. On it's brightest settings in a completely dark room, it's about as bright as a nightlife.I'm disappointed but you get what you pay for I suppose. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Awesome ambient lighting *by A***R on Reviewed in the United States on February 19, 2020* Installed perfectly on my 65" tv using the XX Large kit. The LED strip was long enough to go around the entire edge of the tv. I had approx. 10" of light strip left and I simply cut it at the designated break point. I would say that the white colors are not actually white and they're more of either a yellow or bluish tone, so if you want an actual white LED lighting behind your tv I would suggest a different model or brand; however, I am extremely happy with this product and like the choice of colors available. You can set any of the colors in steady mode, or set the colors to flash either fast or a slower fade. I kind of like the slow fade mode when I'm listening to Spotify because it reminds me of a juke box.
