Great and useful racks. *by on Reviewed in the United States March 31, 2026* My initial purpose in buying these racks was for use under domes for use with a smoking gun. I ordered the 7.5 racks which fits in all of my domes. As a bonus, I found that they fit my 8 quart Instant pot which will make them very useful for steaming and pressure cooking. So what do I like about these racks?1) Since they are stainless steel, they won't rust2) These racks are heavy weight and are study enough to hold anything you would want to cook or cool on them.3) They appear to be durable, and can be washed in the dishwasher, although I generally clean them in warm soapy water.4) These are nice looking racks that should maintain their appearance in time.I was impressed enough with these racks that I bought another set in the 9" size. All too often, when I am cooking, I find that I don't have the tools needed for the job as was the case before I bought the 7.5" racks. The 9" size will also fit in my Instant Pot, and I'm sure I will have many more uses for them.I will update my review if my opinion changes.
