I assumed that the left one was already charged so I opened the case afterwards to try them on and see how they were working on my computer. I saw the device name and paired it but I got sound only in the right earbud.When I received my replacement wireless earphones, the exact reverse happened and as you can see in the pic, only the left one works. Even while charging, my daughter noticed that only the left one showed a red light but there was no light from the right side.This couldn't have been a coincidence and I'm very disappointed with this fault.If this didn't happen, I would've even given 3 stars for this.There's no noise cancellation, so much so that if I listen to my music at a low sound level (which I usually do), I can even hear MY FAN, and it doesn't even make much noise at all. My daughter has a JBl Tune 110BT, and that is SO much more durable, has a decent mic and makes up for no noise cancellation with the bass quality. Unlike these, which had problems even BEFORE I started using them, she's been using 110BT for YEARS and still hasn't faced any problems with it. Would suggest buying those instead.....
