A: Worse case scenario, this food item has:  33% Parmesan cheese, 32% cellulose (sawdust), 31% Potassium Sorbate - it's Kraft what did you expect, real cheese?

**Q: What Are The Health Benefits?**
A: It is fairly healthy used in moderation. Just like any hard cheese such as manchego, pecorino from Italy, etc; it has a fair amount of sodium and fat per pound, along with good amounts of calcium and protein, but you don't  tend to eat large amounts. A lb of Parisian has about 1/5 the fat of brie.

**Q: Can These Be Frozen?**
A: YES !!!!    Very high quality Parmesan, which I have frozen in storage for many years.

**Q: Is this product suitable for vegetarian diets?**
A: Yes, vegetarian but not vegan.
