Review: Love this so far! - I've had this 5 days and have used it all 5 days in a row now, sometimes more than once a day. I wear it over a short sleeve tee and ensure the sleeve is pulled thru the end of the heating pad so the stones aren't right on my skin. It's easy to put on, heats up well, has a lengthy cord, the controller is super-easy to use and it's definitely helping the pain from my torn rotator cuff. I actually look forward to wearing this each day and I hope it continues to deliver the heat that it has so far. Prior to this I was using a Bed Buddy heat sock warmed in the microwave and that which works ok for moist heat, but it slips with movement and I was constantly having to rearrange it. This UTK Shoulder heat pad is form fitted and is so much more convenient: It stays in place, I can turn up or down the heat and adjust the amount of time easily from the controller at anytime - or turn it off and on without removing it from my shoulder. Also, the cord allows to unplug just beyond the controller to get up and move around without completely unplugging from the wall socket - bringing the already heated-up shoulder pad with you as you do this or that. UTK definitely thought this out and designed a great product for those suffering from shoulder pain. As long as the heat continues to deliver, I'll continue to be satisfied and wouldn't hesitate to also try other UTK products as well.
Review: Nice Heat - My shoulder symptoms: difficult to raise arm, cannot lift any weight over shoulder height, cannot stretch, cannot lay on side, laying down flat on back cannot raise arm over head. **** Basically, it knocks me to my knees in sharp pain when I do anything but rest the arm. I have used this brace twice so far. Observations and Notes: √. it gets nice and warm - I recommend using this wrap over a tee shirt or something if going to use the high setting. √ it is not super easy to get on when the shoulder is so tender to move - the strap that goes around the back is difficult for me to hold onto and move to position. I get it eventually, taking it slow. But I wish it were easier so I don't stress my shoulder as I need to "help" with that arm to get this thing on. √. it is not easy to wrap around arm with only one hand - re-adjusting the size once on is near impossible for me. I have to take the whole thing off, velcro the arm band without my arm in it, slide arm in and hope I got it about it. Once on, undoing the velcro makes me have to take the pad off and trial and error it to get right size as I cannot hold both sides to put it on. √. the heat is focused on the top of shoulder running down a bit along the arm. It folds over the shoulder front and back about... 3 inches or so... it basically reaches down to the top of my collar bone. √ it does not really get my front Joint as hot as the top of shoulder - the main HEAT is on the top of the shoulder. The design of the wrap does not work well with attempts to re-position the heat where I want to feel it the most, the front joint area. Sorry, I do not know the names of the bones. I end up pulling it tight down and under my breast to hold into place. Overall... I like the heat it heats up pretty fast I wish it were easier to put on I wish the heat were more on the front of the shoulder joint I do believe the HEAT is helping with circulation and healing. After only 2 uses, the next day the ache is gone until I move the arm where it does not want to go. I do think my mobility has already improved as well! This particular warp is likely just not suited for my body and or injury. UPDATE Been using it about 4 nights a week after work for about a month now. I can feel and see improvement in mobility and level of pain. Still not 100%; however, this seems to help the healing process. As I get more movement with my left shoulder, getting it on and off is a lot easier!!

I've had this 5 days and have used it all 5 days in a row now, sometimes more than once a day. ### ⭐⭐⭐⭐ Nice Heat

### ⭐⭐⭐⭐⭐ Perfect for anyone with shoulder pain

This is my 3rd UTK Far Infrared heating pad. I love them that much! I have a medium sized rectangle pad similar to every other style heating pad, a waist/lower back wrap which is great for smaller areas and to not make you overall too hot and now this shoulder wrap. Pros: Gets nice and hot but it's not a burning heat. It's more like the sun shining down on you. Easy to use controls. Stretchy straps with wide velcro enclosures. Well made, no risk of the velcro detaching. Long cord with easy to use controls. Can be used on either shoulder. Cons: Only thing I can think of is that it MIGHT be a little difficult for someone with limited mobility to attach. In that case I'd recommend just laying it across the sore shoulder and not attaching the straps or attaching them however works in that instance. The straps are long and stretchy enough for that. If you have chronic shoulder pain such as rotator cuff soreness I would highly recommend this product.
