Which has resulted into having extreme back and neck pain. I have seen a chiropractor and physical therapy to try and help it but it sadly is still an issue. The past few months the pain has been so intense that I decided it was time to do something about it to help in between seeing my chiropractor and physical therapist. This Inflatable cervical neck pillow paired with a posture corrector has really helped to alleviate my neck and back pains. Wearing the neck traction device alone for a few hours each day has really helped the tension in my neck. It’s like laying on a support pillow that also helps stretch the neck, but you dont have to lay down to feel its benefits. You can wear this on the go, yes you might look silly with it on out in public, BUT the way it helps eliminate the pain is worth it! The package arrived quickly and was damage free. The pump is very easy to install onto the hose and inflating the neck pillow/brace was a breeze. It looks and works similar to a manual blood pressure cuff, so pumping up the beck pillow/brace is very simple and easy. Instructions are included but like others have mentioned, I recommend inflating it part way and then placing around neck before you finish inflating. It does pump up a large amount so make sure you are wearing it while pumping to prevent over inflating, to ensure a custom fit to your neck. Deflate and do it again. I have a pinched nerve at the base of my neck on the left side. This device was the only thing that gave me relief. I have to use it every 2-3 weeks when the pain starts coming back but wow, what a difference! I have to pump it up quite a bit to get results. It isn't fun but after you're done you'll probably get relief. I sure did. You have to keep up with it as it probably isn't a once-and-done kind of treatment. It will squish your ear lobes a bit when fully inflated but not bad and worth the benefit. If using at your desk, you will need to adjust your monitor/chair since when fully inflated it may be hard to see your screen since you can't move your head. The other reason I purchased this is for airline travel since the regular neck pillow things don't offer much support and this one keeps my head upright and not flop to one side when sleeping.
