Unisex fit. Top center back length: 28 1/2". Leg opening 18". Inseam: 31" Review: be aware, runs kind of large - Nothing wrong with the product but I ordered the medium and it was way, way too large for my small frame. (5'4, 110 lbs) I like things to fit looser and am normally comfortable in a small or medium but if you are a smallish woman don't be afraid to order smaller than you normally do. These being unisex may be why they run a little larger. Should have known, my bad. The guy I gave them to is getting a lot of use out of them and they fit him great. Review: Size - Unisex usually always favors a male size. So the typically run big for females. These run small. No flexibility or give in the material. ## Features - 2-PIECE SET - Add a little style to your day with this Cherokee scrub set.
