**Q: I should have bought the dough enhancer which I have used many years but pressed on  the wrong item.  How will this product work with bread machines**
A: I use it when making pizza dough in my bread machine.  It works just fine.

**Q: What is this? There is no product description.**
A: This is a product that causes the proteins in the dough to relax and not pull together causing the dough to be hard to roll out. It  probably contains vitamin C which has such an effect on dough.

**Q: Is this work like dry yeast ?and what is the measurement**
A: This is absolutely NOT yeast. It helps tame the elasticity in dough so it rolls out without shrinking back.

**Q: Is this the same as dough enhancer or conditioner?**
A: Yes, except some enhancers are flavor enhancers and are different.
