I use my phone with a case and the phone mount was able to expand wide enough to accommodate my phone. Attached it to my spotting scope and it works! Very easy to setup and use. Product is made out of fairly durable plastic. No extra attachments are needed. Review: Hard to work with larger or heavier phones - The overall product is nice. However, when using an iPhone 8 or larger the weight of the phone tends to pull the mount off the microscope. I am looking into attaching some foam on the inside of the mount where it attaches to the eyepiece to allow for a sturdier connection. Great photos once the phone is attached. ### ⭐ Has potential *by E***D on December 4, 2019* First getting the telescope eyepiece secured in the mount is challenging, its held in place by a clamping system, too lose and it falls out and too tight and the force pops the eyepiece out. Second, getting the camera aligned with the hole in the mount and fastening it is challenging. I managed to get it all setup but the eyepiece kept popping out, after tightening and then re-tightening I managed to misaligned (break) the mount.
