Cleaning that many paver blocks with a powerwasher wand and 10 dgree nozzle spray tip, while effective, takes many, many hours. My Karcher powerwasher generates 2400PSI. I was concerned that it would not be sufficient to operate this surface cleaner. My fears were unfounded. The unit works perfectly at this pressure, even though it is designed for up to 4000 PSI. At the higher 4000 PSI pressure, I coud see the unit rising off the surface because of the downward force, but at 2400, the weight of the head keeps it nicely on the surface and it moves easily from side to side. As other reviewers have stated, the unit needs to be moved slowly to get the most effective cleaning action. There are several plusses to this sweeper: 1) It keeps the water spray contained within the housing so you and surrounding areas (i.e., walls & buildings) are not plastered with reflecting detritus. 2) Saves time and water - all of the water spray is being directed toward cleaning and a 20" swatch is cleaned with each pass. Once you get the right movement rhythm, it is possible to make a single pass over a 20" swath. 3) The handle is long which means you save your back by not having to lean over as you work. 4) The dual handle make for a comfortable working position as you no longer need to keep switching hands as with a powerwasher wand. I observed a couple of minor weaknesses: 1) There is no detent to hold the handle in a vertical position. When you put the handle down, it must be placed against a vertical surface or on the ground. 2) A stream of water is constantly running from under the head in all directions. This makes it more difficult to direct the dirty water in a single direction, like forward and away from the cleaned area. 3) The center shaft has a bearing with grease nipple and requires periodic replenishing with a grease gun. If you have large areas to clean, this unit is a real time saver and worth the investment cost. Wide cracks can cause the surface cleaner to lose it's ability to float which causes it to drag on the surface rather than hover. The other problem that you will encounter is the brush around the base of many surface cleaners will eventually wear uneven over time as it makes contact with pavement, and when it becomes uneven from wear the surface cleaner will not hover properly. Wheel kits are a great idea in a professional environment. I build my own wooden platform out of 2"x2"s, threaded stock, and 3 good quality swivel wheels. The wooden frame sits above the surface cleaner. One wheel sits out in front of the surface cleaner and the other two sit on each side at the back. The threaded stock is attached through the wooden frame and through the top of the surface cleaner and is then used to raise/lift it up slightly above the ground surface just enough to keep the brush from dragging on the pavement. Wheels work great for uneven surface cleaning and should be considered if you use it commercially . After 12 years in business I consider wheels on a surface cleaner a necessity. IMO **Q: Is this machine works on roof?** A: If you can get a pressure washer machine, hoses, water, etc. up on the roof, (I assume you are talking a metal roof that is smooth and flat), I see no reason why it would not operate as intended. **Q: Is this machine works with waterflow 2.4 gpm???** A: Use the formula 4” of surface cleaner to 1gpm flow. So of you have a 2.5gpm washer your surface cleaner to work properly should be about 10”, or half the size of this one and the nozzles would have to match (flowing 1.75gpm each). **Q: Can you buy a replacement bearing head** A: yes.
